Korean Rice Cakes with Cheese

Rice cake200 g
fish cake40 g
Carrot0.25 pc
Onion0.2 pc
Korean chili paste40 g
Shredded cheese10 g
Sugar1 tsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice cake in a pot of water until soft. Drain and set aside.

Step 2
Heat up a pan and add some water. Add the Korean chili sauce and mix well. Add the sugar, rice cake, fish cake and bring to a boil.

Step 3
Add the chopped carrot and onion.

Step 4
Add the cheese and cook until melted. Ready to serve.
