Stir-fried Brussels Sprouts with Bell Pepper

Brussels sprouts taste a little bit bitter, so it is not much popular. Actually it tastes great if you season it with white wine, honey and other seasonings. It is high in nutritious and have anti-cancer effect.

Step 1
Cut the Brussel sprout in half. Slice the carrot. Remove the seed and slice the red and yellow bell pepper. Mince the garlic and ginger.

Step 2
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the Brussels sprouts for 2 minutes, drain and set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a high heat. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, add the carrot, bell pepper and toss well.

Step 4
Add the Brussels sprouts and mix well.

Step 5
Add white wine, balsamic vinegar and honey.

Step 6
Season with salt, black pepper and ready to serve.
