Baked Salmon with Lemon

Fish is always your choice for healthy eating. Among all of the fish, salmon is certainly one of the healthiest because of their content of omega-3 fatty acids. Fresh rosemary and lemon juice keeps your meal light and tasty.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Step 2
Slice the lemon. Cut the onion into pieces. Slice the garlic. Remove the string off the honey peas.

Step 3
Sprinkle rosemary, olive oil, salt, black pepper on the salmon fillet and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 4
Place the salmon between lemons and wrap with foil.

Step 5
Place in the oven and bake it for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic, onion until fragrant. Add the honey peas, cherry tomatoes, salt and black pepper. Stir well and transfer to the plate.

Step 7
Transfer the salmon over the vegetable. Ready to serve.
