Soak the gelatin sheet in cold water until soft

Step 2
In a bowl, add some milk and the matcha powder and whisk until dissolve then pour the remaining milk and mix well.

Step 3
In a pot, add the whipping cream, matcha milk, sugar, vanilla extract and bring it to simmer and turn off the heat

Step 4
Add the gelatin and whisk until the gelatin completely dissolve

Step 5
Strain the mixture to the measuring cup and pour it to the serving glass.

Step 6
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set and ready to serve
