Recipe Details
We always have fish paste or squid paste for hotpot. You may simply add other leftovers into this paste and make patties. This is simple yet tasty!

Step 1
Finely dice the onion and shiitake mushroom

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the onion, squid paste, mushroom, kernel corn, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, green onion, cayenne pepper, salt, white pepper and mix together

Step 3
Form the squid mixture into patties

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Cook the squid patties until golden brown on each side and cook inside. Ready to serve.
