Stir-fried Glass Noodle with Pickled Mustard and Minced Pork

Home cooked recipes are always simple but lip smacking. Glass noodles absorb the flavors of pickled mustard, minced pork and seasoning. This dish goes well with rice.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the glass noodle until soft. Drain and set aside

Step 2
Slice the pickles mustard. Mince the garlic

Step 3
In a bowl, add the ground pork, Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, corn starch, sugar and sesame oil for 20 minutes

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, add the ground pork and cook until golden brown

Step 5
Add the pickled mustard, chicken broth, light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, dark soy sauce, salt and white pepper

Step 6
Add the glass noodle and let it cook until soft and absorb half of the liquid

Step 7
Drizzle the sesame oil and sprinkle with green onion. Toss well and ready to serve
