White Chocolate Durian Yogurt Mousse

Step 1
Soak gelatin sheets in ice water.

Step 2
Remove durian flesh. Add whipping cream and toss well.

Step 3
Boil milk. Pour it into white chocolate and stir until it totally melts. Add gelatin sheets and stir until it totally melts.

Step 4
Add durian flesh and toss well. Pour it into a mold and refrigerate.

Step 5
In a bowl, add durian flesh, powered sugar and yogurt. Toss well until powered sugar totally melts.

Step 6
Beat whipping cream and mix it with the durian flesh.

Step 7
Melt the gelatin sheets in microwave.

Step 8
Add a few mousse into the gelatin and toss well. Pour it back to the remaining mousse and toss well.

Step 9

In a mousse ring, add plain cake and the mousse until the ring is half-full.
