Stir-fried Chicken with Trio Peppers and Lily Bulbs

Step 1
Remove the seed and cut the tri-color bell pepper into pieces

Step 2
Rinse and separate the lily bulbs. Soak in the water to prevent turning brown

Step 3
Slice the chicken and marinade with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, corn starch, water and white pepper for 20 minutes

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the chicken and cook until golden brown

Step 5
Add the bell pepper, lily bulbs and quick stir

Step 6
Add the Chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper and stir well
