If you love making DIY gift for your friends, you cannot miss this recipe. You can use your favorite nuts to make these chips. Without oven, you can still make delicious desserts.

Step 1
Bake cashews and peanuts in 120°C for 50 minutes, let cool and set aside.Place a sheet of baking paper onto a baking tray (36 cm x 24 cm).

Halve the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Set aside.

In a pot, add sugar, corn syrup, water and sea salt, bring it to simmer in medium heat. With a thermometer, make sure it reaches 120°C, then add a spoon of syrup into ice water and let it condense to
