Baked Salted Chicken Gizzard

This recipe is a simple yet popular. With the tender turkey gizzards and the spicy spice ginger powder, this is a must-eat dish in this Summer!

Step 1
Wash and rinse the turkey gizzards.Cut the green onion in sections.

Step 2
Marinate with Chinese cooking wine, spice ginger powder and some coarse salt for 10 minutes.

Step 3
On the parchment paper, place the turkey gizzards, ginger, green onion and wrap it up. Repeat the step.

Step 4
In a dry pan on a medium heat, add the coarse salt and cook until slightly turn brown.

Step 5
Place the gizzard wraps inside the salt. Reduce the heat, cover the lid and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 6
Turn off the heat and let it sit for another 30 minutes. Let cool.Slice the turkey gizzards and ready to serve.
