Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice the black olives and chop the parsley.

Step 2
In a pot, add the whipping cream, 450g cheese and cook until thickened. Remove from heat.

Step 3
Pour the cheese mixture into a pot. Add the tomatoes, remaining cheese, black olives, pepperoni and chopped parsley.

Step 4
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
