Pan Seared Chicken Wings with Onion and Satay Sauce

Nobody can resist the tasty and crispy seared chicken wings. The sweet onion and spicy satay sauce just simply make this dish irresistible!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the onion and red chili pepper.

Step 2
Cut the green onion into section.

Step 3
In a bowl, marinate the chicken wings with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce and corn starch for 30 minutes.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sear the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides.

Step 5
Add the onion and sauté until translucent.

Step 6
Add the satay sauce, Chinese cooking wine, chicken broth and sugar.

Step 7
Cook until the sauce has thickened and the chicken wing is fully cooked.

Step 8
Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with green onion and red chili pepper. Toss well and ready to serve.
