Stir-fry Kimchi Pork with Penne Pasta

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mince the garlic and slice the onion.

Step 2
Marinate the pork with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil for 10 minutes.

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add some salt. Cook the San Remo Penne until al dente.

Step 4
Drain the San Remo Penne and set aside.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Cook the pork until it is half way cooked, transfer to the plate and set aside.

Step 6
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.

Step 7
Add the pork and kimchi cook for 2-3 minutes until the pork is fully cook.

Step 8
Add the San Remo Penne, light soy sauce and sesame oil.

Step 9
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and toss well.Finished.
