Step 1
Slice the shiitake mushroomsand soak the bean curd sheets until softened. Set aside.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the sliced ginger and minced garlic until fragrant.

Step 3
Add theshiitake mushrooms, roast pork and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add Chinese cooking wine, chicken broth, oyster sauce andsugar. Stir-fry and bring to simmer.

Step 5
Add the bean curd sheets. Reduce to medium low heat.Cover the lid and cook for 12-15 minutes.

Step 6
Add corn starch water. Add the sesame oil, green onion and stir-fry.Ready to serve.
