Step 1
Massage the pork chop with the back of a knife. Marinate with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, minced ginger, Chinese cooking wine, sugar, ground white pepper and cornstarch for an hour.

Step 2
Prepare the salad dressing. Mix together the mayonnaise, condensed milk, vinegar and sugar. Set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Add pork chop and sear until golden brown on both sides. Reduce to medium low heat and sear until cooked.

Step 4
Remove from heat. Add salad dressing and yellow peach. Mix well and ready to serve.
