Stir-fried Black Pepper Pork Chop Spaghetti

This stir-fried spaghetti is very common in Cha ChaanTeng. It is more appetizing to season with black pepper.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Massage the pork chop with the back of a knife. Marinate with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, sugar and ground white pepper for 30 minutes.

Step 2
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add some salt. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain and set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Add pork chop and sear until cooked. Cut into strips and set aside.In the same pan, add some oil. Add garlic, onion and sauté until fragrant. Add spaghetti, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and black pepper. Mix well.

Step 4
Add pork chop and toss. Ready to serve.
