Korean Spicy Stir-fried Pork over Rice

Marinate the sliced pork and other ingredients in advance with Korean chili paste, honey and red pepper powder, so we can stir fry the pork right away! Simple and finger licking!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Julienne the onion and slice the oyster mushrooms.

Step 2
Marinate sliced pork, onion and oyster mushrooms with Korean chili paste, honey, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, Korean red pepper powder, ground white pepper, minced garlic and ginger for 15 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Add the marinated sliced pork, onion and oyster mushrooms. Sauté until cooked.

Step 4
Add green onion, sesame oil and stir well. Layer over the rice and sprinkle with white sesame. Ready to serve.
