Step 1
Preheat an oven to 200°C. Rinse and dry the rosemary and potatoes. Chop the rosemary. Skewer the potatoes about the 1/4 of the bottom with a bamboo skewer. Thin slice the potatoes but do not cut to the bottom.

Step 2
Add some olive oil onto a baking tray. Place the potatoes, butter and rosemary onto the tray. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Step 3
Bake for 30 minutes. Add the chopped rosemary, salt and black pepper according to your preference.

Ready to serve
