Soak the black fungus, cordyceps flowers and wolfberries until soft.

Step 2
Marinate the pork spareribs with light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, sesame oil, salt, white pepper and corn starch for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Place the black fungus, pork spareribs, cordyceps flowers and wolfberries on a plate.

Step 4
Steam on high heat for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
