Panna Cotta (Eight servings)
1L heavy cream
100 g sugar (or less depends on your own taste)
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
25g sheet gelatin
cold water
1. Heat the heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan. Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
2. Soften the sheet gelatin in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes. Take the sheets out of water.
3. Place the sheet gelatin into the very warm Panna Cotta mixture and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
4. Divide the Panna Cotta mixture into the prepared cups or jelly molds, then chill them until firm, which will take at least two hours.
5. Unmold each onto a serving plate, and garnish as desired.
* I have put Strawberry yogurt on the top.
