Put less than half cup of water into Le Creuset cast iron pot until boil.

Put some spring onion and turn to low heat.

Put the fish into the pot, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Put shredded ginger in and then cook for further 5 minutes, off the heat

And extra spring onion, hot oil, soy sauce to serve.
p.s. I like adding brown sugar to soy sauce before adding to the fish.
