  • Put less than half cup of water into Le Creuset cast iron pot until boil.
  • Put some spring onion and turn to low heat.
  • Put the fish into the pot, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Put shredded ginger in and then cook for further 5 minutes, off the heat
  • And extra spring onion, hot oil, soy sauce to serve.

p.s. I like adding brown sugar to soy sauce before adding to the fish.
