Matcha Red Bean Pudding

Step 1
In a bowl, combine rice flour, wheat starch and matcha powder.

Step 2
Add 100mL water and stir until no lumps.

Step 3
In a pot, heat the remaining water and brown sugar until completely melted.

Step 4
Add the sugar water into the flour mixture and stir occasionally.

Step 5
Add the batter into the mold. Steam over water on medium high heat for 2 minutes until the centre collapsed.

Step 6
Add the red bean and steam for another 11 minutes until completely cooked. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
