Garlic Spare Ribs

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice the bell peppers and leek. Set aside.

Step 2
Chop the spare ribs and place into a bowl.

Step 3
Add light soy sauce, 2 tbsp minced garlic, white pepper, and Chinese cooking wine. Marinate for 2 hours and set aside. (If possible, marinate overnight would be better)

Step 4
Coat with some corn starch and deep-fry until golden brown and done.

Step 5
In the same pan, add the remaining garlic, leek and bell peppers. Sauté until fragrant.

Step 6
Add spare ribs and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Transfer to the plate and ready to serve.
