Autumn Plum Clafoutis

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Use some butter to grease a medium sized baking dish. Sprinkle some extra sugar into the greased dish until evenly coated. Tap out any excess. Set aside.

Step 2
Core and slice the plums. Coat them with extra sugar in a bowl. Set aside.

Step 3
For the batter, mix together flour, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla and combine. Add in milk and cream. Stir to mix well.

Step 4
Arrange the plums onto the baking dish and pour over the batter to cover the plums.

Step 5
Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.

Step 6
Let cool for 15 minutes and sprinkle on icing sugar and serve warm.
