Spicy Eggplants with Minced Pork over Rice

Step 1
Minced the garlic

Step 2
Cut the eggplant into medium size

Step 3
heat the oil (enough for frying) about 160C and fry the eggplant of about 30 seconds

Step 4
In the pan, add oil on the medium high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant

Step 5
add the ground pork and cook until the pork is cooked

Step 6
Then combine the eggplants with the rest of the ingredients except the corn starch water

Step 7
Bring the sauce to simmer, then slowly add the corn starch water and cook until the sauce is thicken

Step 8
sprinkle green onion and serve
