1. Cut the onion into medium size

Pat fry the chicken leg and marinade with salt and pepper about 20 minutes

dredge it with flour

Heat the oil for deep fry in the pot about 160C, deep fry the chicken leg until golden brown, crispy and cooked inside

In the pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until soften, then add the tomato paste, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce

Add water if the sauce is too thick, season with salt and pepper
