Step 1
Peel and slice the onion

Step 2
Clean and cut the pork tenderloin into pieces and marinade with Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar for 15 minutes

Step 3
Dredge the tenderloin with the corn starch

Step 4
Fry in oil on a medium high heat until golden brown

Step 5
Transfer to kitchen paper to soak up excess grease

Step 6
In a pan, whisk together balsamic vinegar, mirin, light soy sauce and sugar. Bring it to simmer

Add the onion, pork and quick stir

Step 8
Add the corn starch water and cook until the sauce has thicken
