Steamed Crab with Shaoxing Wine and Egg White

Autumn, time for crabs lovers. Not only the season of hairy crab, other kinds of crab are also fill with crab butter. Today we are going to steam the crab, in order to taste the freshness. Simply add the Shaoxing wine and egg white. Simple but tasty.

Step 1
Clean the crab and open the shell, remove the gills

Step 2
Cut the crab in to pieces

Step 3
Slightly pound the claws

Step 4
Steam it over high heat for 5 minutes. Save the crab juice

Step 5
Beat the egg white evenly and add Shaoxing wine, water to mix well. Season with salt

Step 6
Chop the green onion. Set aside

Step 7
Pour the egg white mixture over the crab

Step 8
Cover with plastic wrap. Seam it on high heat for 10 minutes until the egg white is cooked
