Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Clean and dice the cucumber and tomato.

Dice the ham and onion.
Step 3
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until fragrant.

Add the diced ham, tomato, cucumber, kernel corn and stir well. Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 5
Spread the mixture evenly on the bread, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Place on the oven and toast it for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Ready to serve.
