Egg Inside Grilled Cheese Nest

This is a quick egg recipe for breakfast and snack. It can be made in minutes. Just hollow a piece of bread and bake an egg and cheese with it. This cheesy egg toast makes yours a perfect day!

Spread the butter on one side of the bread
Step 2
Use a cookie cutter and make a hole in one of the bread
Step 3
In a non-stick pan, place the bread with the hole, butter side down on a medium low heat and cook until golden brown. Set aside
Step 4
In the same pan, place another bread, butter side down on a low heat, lay the sliced cheese on the whole bread then sprinkle with some mozzarella cheese on top
Step 5
Cover the bread with the hole over. Crack the egg in the middle of the hole, season with salt and black pepper. Cover the lid and cook until the egg white is set and the cheese has melted.
