Shrimps Avocado Yogurt Salad

Shrimps have high protein. With the homemade avocado yogurt salad dressing, this salad is tasty and nitrous.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the salad dressing. Beat the avocado into mud. Stir in Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onion, salt and black pepper. Keep in refrigerator.

Step 2
Clean and devein the shrimp. Set aside.

Step 3
Peel and dice the apple. Peel and thin slice the celery. Dice the red onion. Mix well with 1 tbsp lemon juice and soak in ice water.

Step 4
In a pan, add some olive oil. Sear the shrimps until both sides turn golden brown. Add salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 5
Drain the fruit and vegetable. Stir in salad dressing and shrimps. Transfer to the plate.

Step 6
Garnish with chopped cashews and parsley. Ready to serve.
