Thai Green Curry Shrimp

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel and slice the ginger. Cut the bell peppers and green chili peppers into pieces. Set aside.

Step 2
Clean and devein the shrimps. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
Prepare the green curry. Use a blender to blend all the green curry ingredients and some water until smooth. Set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some olive oil. Add the shrimps and stir-fry. Add the bell pepper, 4 tbspgreen curry, coconut milk and stir-fry for 1 minute. Transfer to a plate.

Step 5
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Ready to serve.
