Caramelised Cherry Tomato and Parma Ham Cheese Bruschetta

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C.Chop the rosemary, halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the baby radish. Set aside.

Step 2
Place the cherry tomato onto a baking tray. Spread some olive oil on top. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, brown sugar and rosemary.

Step 3
Bake for 55 minutes until the surface is a bit shrank and caramelized. Let rest and set aside.

Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread some olive oil on the baguette and place onto a baking tray.

Step 5
Bake for 6 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6
Toss together the cream cheese and chopped green onion. Spread on the baguette. Place the cherry tomatoes, Parma ham and baby radish on each baguette. Ready to serve.
