The flavor of sake gives a special fragrance to the chicken wings. It is convenient to prepare it a night before your picnic date and you may directly bring it to share with your friends the next day.

Clean the wolfberries with warm water and set aside.

Step 2
2. In a pot, bring water to boil. Add ginger, green onion and chicken wings. Cook until chicken wings are done.

Step 3
Place the chicken wings in ice water to chill until completely cold.

Step 4
Mix together sake, Chinese rose wine, water, Xiang Zao Lu and fish sauce. Add chicken wings and wolfberries and soak overnight. Ready to serve.
