Saute Chinese Celery with Conpoy

Chop green onions

Step 3
Squeeze some ginger juice

Step 4
Add Chinese cooking wine. Mix well and set aside

Add some chicken broth to the conpoy (softened)

Steam over water on high heat for 10 minutes

Finely mince the ginger

Step 8
Separate the celery leafs. Coarsely torn into medium pieces (optional)

In a saute pan, add minced ginger, celery (stems), and conpoy (with the broth)

Step 10
Add the ginger juice and Chinese cooking wine mixture. Saute well

Step 11
Add chopped green onions. Transfer to serving plate
