Step 1
In a bowl, combine gelatin with 100mL hot water. Mix well until gelatin is dissolved.

Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine sugar with remaining hot water. Mix until dissolved.

Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine coconut milk with evaporated milk. Mix well.

Step 4
Combine the sugar water (step 2) into the milk mixture (step 3).

Step 5
Pour the gelatin mixture (step 1)

Step 6
Add the osmanthus flowers.

Step 7
And keep stiring.

Step 8
Pour the mixture inside a glass or aluminum tray.

Step 9
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

Slice and serve.
