Thai Lettuce Wraps with Okra and Minced Pork

Sauté the okra with minced pork and season with lemon leaves and fish sauce. This lettuce wrap in Thai style is very tempting!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash the okra with salt to remove the hair on the surface and dice. Chop the shallots, green onion, cilantro, lemon leaves and red bird chili. Set aside.

Step 2
Separate the iceberg lettuce leaves. Make sure do not break them.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium high heat. Add okra, shallots and sauté until fragrant. Set aside.

Step 4
In the same pan, add the minced pork and sauté until separated.

Step 5
Add fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and mix well.

Step 6
Add okra and shallots, green onion, cilantro, lemon leaves, red bird chili and stir-fry.

Step 7
Serve with lettuce.
