Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut Lamb loin into large chunks

Step 2
Cut Celery and onion into sections

Step 3
Cut Celery and onion into sections

Step 4
Slice dry and fresh peppers into strips and garlic into pieces

Step 5
Marinade lamb with baking soda, sugar, chicken powder, salt, corn starch, dark soy sayce and ginger juice and mix well

Step 6
Add egg and marinade for about 30 minutes

Step 7
In a hot pan with oil, stir fry marinated lamb until slight brown

Step 8
Remove from pan

Step 9
In another clean pan with hot oil, sauté garlic, onion and dry pepper strips

Then add in Lamb

Step 11
Stir in cumin, celery and light soy sauce and stir until lamb is cook

Lastly, add fresh chili strips
