Cheesy Chicken Stew

Many Chinese hot pot restaurants are providing cheesy chicken pot now. In fact, it is easy to prepare at home and you may adjust the ratio of different kinds of cheese according to your own preference.

Step 1
Cut the whole chicken legs and onion into pieces. Chop the garlic and shallots.

Step 2
Marinate the whole chicken legs with salt, black pepper, rosemary, garlic powder and olive oil for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Coat the whole chicken legs with all-purpose flour.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add chicken legs and sear until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 5
In another pan, melt the butter on medium high heat. Add garlic, shallots and sauté until fragrant. Add onion and sauté until fragrant.

Step 6
Add chicken legs and white wine. Quick stir-fry for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Step 7
Add whipping cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and mix well. Cook until cheese melted and ready to serve.
