Oyster Rockefeller
Recipe Details
It is a great idea to bake fresh oysters with this creamy sauce on top. A perfect appetizer to start your romantic dinner!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220C. Cover the baking tray with foil and set aside.

Step 2
Chop the garlic, shallots and onion. Open the oyster, rinse and pat dry with kitchen towel.

Step 3
In a pan, add the butter and cook until melts. Add garlic, shallots, onion and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add white wine and cook until evaporates. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil.

Step 5
Remove from heat. Add baby spinach and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 6
Add half of the parmesan cheese and mix well. Let cool and set aside.

Step 7
Layer the baby spinach on top of the oysters. Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.

Step 8
Bake for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and ready to serve.
