Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and pat dry the chicken tenderloin. Mince and set aside. Peel and chop the water chestnuts. Dice the green onions.

Step 2
Marinate the chicken with salt, light soy sauce, egg white, ground white pepper and sesame oil for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Add corn kernel, water chestnuts, oats, green onions and mix well.

Step 4
Throw it up and down until sticky with hands. Form into balls and patties.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add the patties and sear until golden brown on both sides. Ready to serve.
