Kung Pao with King Oyster Mushroom
Recipe Details
King Oyster Mushroom can lower blood lipids, and help gastrointestinal digestion, it tastes super good with chili peppers.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the washed king oyster mushrooms into small pieces.

Step 2
Cut green peppers into circles.

Step 3
Add dark soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, flour, salt, and water to make the sauce, set aside

Step 4
In the pot, pour 1 cm of oil into the pot, add king oyster mushroom pieces to the oil, and drain dry and set aside.

Step 5
In another pot, add a little oil, green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add red pepper pieces and saute until golden brown.

Step 6
Add king oyster mushrooms pieces and stir fry.

Step 7
Turn to a low heat, pour in the sauce and stir fry quickly.

Step 8
Add water and saute until the sauce thickens.

Step 9
Add peanuts and green peppers and saute a few more times.

Step 10
Add a little sesame oil. Ready to serve.
