Ham and scallion rolls

Slightly warm up the water and the butter in the microwave

Step 4
add yeast and sugar, make sure the temperature are 43C

Step 5
Clean the table and lay the flour on the counter top and make a small well in the middle

When the yeast mixture is ready, slowly mix the mixture with the flour

Step 7
knead together until the dough is smooth

Step 8
Cover with the plastic or a wet towel to proof the dough until the dough raise double the size about 30-45 minutes

Step 9
Melt the 50g butter and combine with the ham and scallion

Step 10
Brush with the butter, ham and scallion mixture

Step 11
Start at one end, roll up the dough and situate seam side down

Step 12
then cut the dough into a 2” section

Step 13
place in a buttered pan

Step 14
Preheat the oven in 180C, bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes or until it’s golden brown
