In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour and green tea powder. Sift once

Add sugar and salt. Mix gently

dd yeast and warm water

With your hands, mix until a dough is formed

Add butter and keep pinching with your fingers until the butter has fully incorporated into the dough

Transfer the dough onto a flat working surface, keep kneading until the dough is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands

With a rolling pin, flatten out the dough into oval shape

Divide into half

Spread a layer of red bean paste on one side of the dough, then cover with the other piece of the dough

Seal up the dough by pinching in the sides

Then roll the dough into circular shape

Place the dough into a large bowl, cover with a damp towel. Allow to rest and rise for the first time

Then divide the dough into 6 equal pieces

Roll them into round doughs

Bake in a preheated oven, about 250 degree Celsius, for 20-23 minutes
