Step 1
In a pot, add water, ginger and green onion

Step 2
bring it to boil, then add the pork stomach and sparerib, blanch it for 3 minutes

Step 3
In another pot, bring the water to boil and add the pork stomach, sparerib and black peppercorn and cook it for 45 minutes to an hour

Step 4
add the sour cabbage and cook for another 20 minutes
