Sticky Rice with Assorted Mushroom and Black Fungus

Step 1
Wash and soak the rice for 2-3 hour

Step 2
Soak the mushrooms and black fungus. Cut into slices

Step 3
Add the black sesame oil on a medium heat. Sauté the ginger and mushroom until fragrant

Then add the rice and mix together

Step 5
Add water, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and bring it to boil. Keep stir to prevent the rice stick at the bottom

Step 6
Cover the lid and reduce the heat to medium, cook for 10-15 minutes until the rice absorb the liquid

Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with green onion

Step 8
Ready to serve
