Slice the ginger

Step 2
Cut the green onion into section

Step 3
Slice the onion

Step 4
Slice the garlic

Clean and cut the chicken into pieces

Marinate the chicken 20 minutes

In a pan, add some oil on a high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown

Add the slice garlic, ginger and onion and cook it for 2-3 minut

Add the chicken broth and bring it to boil

Make a well in the middle and add the noodle and cook until the noodle is soft

Add the Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to mix together
