Tiny mango mochi is a heart-warming supper for young couple at home. It mixes rich mango fragrance, sticky rice and mashed coconut together, it makes you full without a lot of calories. With a glass of milk, it will be your best nutritious partner, no matter leisure or work, day or night.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Put rice flour, powdered sugar, starch and into a large bowl and mix them well.

Step 2
Pour in milk slowly , add in salad oil, and stir till smooth.

Step 3
Put it into the steamer and steam over high heat for 15 minutes, until it solidate, take it out and let it cool down.

Step 4
Peel and dice a mango.

Step 5
Take a spoonful of batter and let it cool down, add the mango pieces, round it up by gently rub it with palms.

Step 6
Put shredded coconut in a bowl, shaking the bowl, until the coconut completely sticked on the mochi, serve.
