Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soaked gelatine in ice water.

Step 2
Peel the mango, remove the seed, keep only the flesh, blend with 10g sugar and 150g water.

Step 3
Slightly boil half of the mango juice. Add in 20g soaked gelatine, stir until gelatine is completely melted.

Step 4
Add in another half of mango juice, stir well and let it cool down.

Step 5
Cook half of the coconut milk, add 50g of water and 30g sugar. Stir till the sugar is completely melted, add in soaked gelatine and mix well. After adding the other half of the coconut milk. Mix well

Step 6
Take a container, pour a layer of mango juice, refrigerate it until completely set. Remove the container, pour the coconut on mango layer. Refrigerate till the coconut layer is completely set.
