Step 1

Strip petals of fresh lily bulb,soak in water

Step 2

Boil okra in water less than one minutes

Step 3

Take okra out and soak in ice water to cool down.

Step 4

Boil lily and black fungus quickly

Step 5

Cut okra into 1cm cubes

Step 6

Mix lily,black fungus and okra together

Step 7

Mix all the sauce ingredients together,pour into the vegetables.

Step 8

Mix well,serve.
